The flat consists of spacious entrance hall with small work area, recently refurbished kitchen with breakfast bar, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, both with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms one of them en-suite, spacious living - dining room and a large sunny terrace. Part of the terrace is closed and in this space you can enjoy the magnificent views and the best sunsets of the Costa del Sol. The property has air conditioning and wifi included in the rent.
You will find a wide variety of restaurants: Spanish, Lebanese, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Irish, cafes and even a Burger King, all along the splendid promenade.
The complex has two magnificent swimming pools for use from April to October. There are also landscaped green areas, children's play area, football, basketball, tennis and paddle tennis courts (not included in the rent). They can be booked at the administration office).
Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. For extra persons, please check prices.
