to a popular seaside town, La Cala de Mijas to the sandy beaches.
A cozy living & dining room leads out onto a comfortable terrace (sun all morning until midday
and then lovely cool shade for the hotter afternoons) with great sea and mountain views and
overseeing pool and a beautiful garden. Together with two spacious bedrooms with sea
views, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and designated underground
parking makes this apartment a fantastic choice for a family or couple's holiday away in the
sun.
The apartment is gated and accessible from the garden or from the underground parking via
lift.
A variety of bars and restaurants and a supermarket are within a 7-min walk down the road and
the three large sandy beaches (El Bombo, La Butibamba, and La Cala) with a variety of bars and
chiringuitos are just a 15min walk away.
A damage deposit of €200 will be required for all bookings two months prior to arrival.

The view from the balcony and the spaciousness of the apartment and a well equipped kitchen, however we found the location at the top of a steep hill would not suitable to everyone.
